AILA has received reports of case filing rejections since May 31, 2022, on the basis that the credit card payment for the underlying petition or application and the accompanying premium processing payment were submitted on a

single Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions.
Members are advised that on May 31, 2022, USCIS posted the following notice on its Form I-907 webpage:
ALERT: Starting May 31, 2022, we will not accept a single, combined fee payment when an applicant or petitioner files Form I-907 with another form. The Form I-907 fee must be paid separately from other filing fees. If a petitioner or applicant submits a single, combined fee payment for multiple forms, we will reject the forms for improper fee payment.
While USCIS has generally required separate Forms G-1450 for petitions and applications for some time, the recent announcement requiring separate credit card payment for Form I-907 is a further expansion of this policy.
